This meant these communities were missing out on prime opportunities for prospective residents.

We shifted the marketing model from a community-based model to a division-based model, which allowed multiple M/I Homes communities in the same geographical area to pool their budgets. This way, they wouldn’t have their PPC ads shut off within a couple of clicks. On top of that, OppGen built custom microsites to increase conversion rates.
